K Tempo is a pelvic floor (Kegel) training timer and log. It runs a training rhythm with the contract/relax parameters you set, guides you with haptics and sound so you don't have to watch the screen, records what you completed and in which position, and tracks the metrics you define over time.
Yes, from version 1.1. The session keeps running in the background, sound cues keep playing, and the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen show the current phase with Pause and Resume controls. In version 1.0, leaving the app pauses the session; tap Resume when you come back.
iOS only allows haptics while the app is in the foreground. Turn on sound cues (tones or voice) in Settings → Training Cues to keep the rhythm when the screen is locked.
No. All data is stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting the app deletes its data; it can only be restored from an iOS backup.
Check that K Tempo is allowed to send notifications in Settings → Notifications, and that a Focus mode is not silencing them. From version 1.1, "Skip reminders once I've trained today" is on by default, so reminders are skipped on days you already logged a session, and the evening catch-up reminder only fires on days without a session.
Add the Quick Start widget from the Home Screen widget gallery to start training with your last template in one tap. You can also say "Start K Tempo training" to Siri. Both are available from version 1.1.
From version 1.1, the Training tab can hold a plan: one template and one position per week, with today’s session shown on the home screen. After a few rated sessions the app may suggest a small load change (seconds or reps) or the next position. The rules are listed in Settings → Progression Rules; suggestions never change your templates on their own.
All three are in Settings and off by default (from version 1.1). Apple Health writing adds each session to the Health app as a workout and never reads anything. iCloud Sync keeps your data in your own private iCloud database for new phones and multiple devices. Export produces JSON and CSV files through the share sheet.
The app follows the system appearance, and from version 1.1 you can override it in Settings → Appearance. The interface language follows your iOS language (Simplified Chinese and English).
K Tempo is a training log. It is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation. If you have a health concern, consult a doctor or a qualified physical therapist.
